Meet Chef Ayla

Chef Ayla started working in the restaurant industry at a very young age, becoming a dish washer at a local restaurant in upstate NY at only 16. After falling in Love with the restaurant industry & realizing this was her passion she enrolled in the Culinary Institute of America. After Graduation she moved to New York City and started her career working at some of the most influential and hottest restaurants in the city. Chef Ayla was on the opening team of Atla where she landed her first Sous Chef job at 23. She went on to be on the opening team of Frenchette, and the opening Sous Chef of West Village hot spot Dame.After working as a Private Chef on her days off from the restaurant (to gain some extra cash) she realized her true passion was cooking intimate dinner parties & working directly with clients in their homes. She now works as a freelance Private Chef where she has cooked all over the tristate area. Chef Ayla handles every detail of meal planning & execution. Curating seasonal menus, sourcing the highest quality ingredients, accommodating dietary needs. Chef Ayla is comfortable while maintaining the highest level of discretion & professionalism while catering to her elite clientele, like High-Net-Worth individuals & Household-Named Celebrities.
